Package the Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic U.S. Polo Assn. tags and labels are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
